Ligue 1 high flyers Nice have made another coup on transfer deadline day, having recruited Moroccan midfielder Younes Belhanda from Dynamo Kiev.
The highly rated footballer was one of the final signings of the summer transfer window in France, having completed his loan move minutes before the deadline.
Nice had enjoyed a bright start to the new league campaign, but having scored just three goals in as many matches, les Aiglons decided to reinforce their front line in the dying moments of the transfer window.
And they clearly succeeded in their quest, having first recruited Mario Balotelli on a free transfer from Liverpool, before strengthening their creative department with one Younes Belhanda.
The Moroccan hasn’t quite managed to prove his worth in Ukraine, although he did manage 11 goals and 16 assists in 98 competitive outings for Dynamo Kiev.
The 26-year-old, however, had a key role to play in helping Montpellier lift the Ligue 1 trophy, bagging 12 goals during the 2011/2012 campaign.
